On February 11, 2023, at approximately 11:47 AM, Sandy Spring Aerial Tower 740, Ambulance 740, and Chief 704 Bravo were alerted to a house fire at the 15300 block of Delphinium Lane.  Aerial Tower 740 arrived on the scene to find a working fire with the garage involved.  Crews went to work to extinguish the fire and Rapid Intervention Dispatch (RID) units were sent to assist.  Units operated for approximately 1 hour before clearing the scene.  The cause is under investigation at this time.
