August 20, 2025 – SSVFD Responds to PIC at the Brookeville Bypass

On August 20, 2025 at approximately 1622 hours, Sandy Spring Paramedic Engine 704, Ambulance 704, and Chief 704 responded to a reported Personal Injury Collision (PIC) at the Brookeville Bypass. Units found a 3 vehicle PIC, with one occupant transported to an area hospital. The road remained closed until the vehicles could be towed, as it was not passable.
